Resources and what they will do

For those of you wondering what the resources will do, this is the thread for you!

Food:	Required to feed your troops
Scraps:	Required to build almost everything
Metal:	Required to build vehicles, weapons and more advanced buildings
Wood:	Required to build most buildings and maybe other things
Electronics:	Required to build advanced vehicles and weapons
Uranium:	Required to build top-grade weapons and vehicles
Fuel:	Required to make and transport vehicles
Money:	Used to found research, purchase resources from other players, and more

This might change a bit as I go but so far, this is it.

In the case of research how about a system of scavenging for documents like from libraries or something. Because technically most things have probably been researched, they just need to be rediscovered among the rubble.

Yeah, I was thinking something similar, burger, I like that. I was thinking that people would maybe have to discover things in a tutorial. Or when they reach a certain level, they stumble upon an "ancient technology" in a pile of scraps and your sorting facility sends it to the lab or something. Then your scientists reverse-engineer to research.

Something like that.

What about finding Drawings or torn parts of weapons of vehicles in unique fields like the npc citys and you would need to collect enough parts of each blueprint or drawing to build the item such as 5 parts of a unique hummer witch might be faster then a normal hummer or have more firepower but cost more to build. since it is a better unit
